replace certain foods in your life.  These are Breads, cereals,
cookies, crackers, and pasta.

Make sure to always read labels carefully.  You will soon
learn that there are many things you can eat.  Always focus
on what you can eat, not what you can't eat.

Naturally Gluten Free Choices


Remember that many of the foods that you have in
your kitchen and fridge are already gluten free.  Here
is a list to help you sort it all out.

Dairy
Cheese ( all except beer and ale cheese)
Ice Cream ( all plain with out added cookie dough or
brownie flavor, read the label)
Milk
Yogurt (most fruit yogurts are safe)

Fruits and Vegetables
Canned fruits and vegetables (most safe, always read the
label)
All fresh fruits and vegetables
Frozen fruits and vegetables (no sauce)
