New Remedy For Celiac Disease
In an industrial collaboration project, TU Wien
has developed a medication that can alleviate or
eliminate the symptoms of Celiac disease. Hoping
to be available as early as 2021.
Although drugs have been studied to treat Celiac
disease, the side effects must be examined carefully.
There are initial studies being done, they will not
lead to a marketable product for years.
This is the reason, an entirely different approach has
been looked at. A medical product that attacks the
gluten molecules to render them harmless. They are
hoping this is available 2021.
