Last Day Protein Packed Grains
Sorghum is one of the lesser known gluten
free grain. It is loaded with fiber and protein.
It contains about 8 grams of protein per 1/4
cup serving. It has a naturally sweet flavor
and cooks up to a great yummy grain.
